Apply a thin, even layer for optimal absorption. Thick globules don't absorb well and may leave residue on your pet's coat.
Step 02- Dry Skin = Better Absorption
Make sure the application area is completely dry before applying. Moisture can create a barrier that prevents proper absorption.
Step 03- Part the Fur
Gently part your dog's coat to expose the skin, ensuring the cream makes direct contact for maximum effectiveness.
Step 04- Distract or Protect
Offer a treat or chew while the cream absorbs, or use an Elizabethan collar (cone) or a soft recovery collar to prevent licking.

From the very first application, I was impressed by how easily the cream slid over the inflamed region without causing any resistance or clumping. This made it possible for me to cover the irritated place in a single fluid stroke. As soon as a few minutes had passed, Baxter stopped his frantic scratching and instead gave a satisfied shake of his head, as if he was amazed that comfort had come so quickly. Even though Baxter was rolling about on his bed and exploring the yard, which were activities that had previously inflamed his skin to the point that it was bleeding, I did not witness any more redness expanding beyond the original hotspot over the course of the subsequent few hours. The elevated discomfort had completely disappeared by the time the following morning rolled around, leaving behind just a faint, flat spot that was significantly less irritated than it had been before. In the days that followed, I continued to use the balm once every morning and once again in the evening after our nightly stroll. This was done since the residual wetness from a brief shower would cause a new round of itching to occur. Because this ointment was resistant to sweat and grime, it was able to keep its soothing effect during Baxter's time spent playing outside. As a result, I did not have to disrupt his pleasure by doing several touch-up applications. Even after a forceful splash in his water bowl, my dog's skin remained quietly calm. This was the thing that astonished me the most about how a single application lasted for up to twelve hours without any visible fading or tackiness.
I have a dog that likes to excessively licks his two front paws. They are sometimes red and itchy for him, they definitely look uncomfortable. We have tried a few things but it hasn't progressed to us needing to get him prescription medication so we have been looking for something to help offer him some relief. Paw sprays help to alleviate the symptoms but doesn't actually help it clear up. When I started using this cream it has started to show a difference, his paws are not as red as they once were and I have noticed that the licking has lessened. He seems to be feeling better and doesn't mind having the cream in between his paws. He does not like the applicator so I usually use a clean finger to apply in between his toes.
I have six dogs. Yes, I know. Sanity is slipping and when they have skin issues I have had to explore a wide variety of products that did not do anything remotely close to what this all in one plant based ointment has done. I have two that have skin allergies, hot spots and drier skin. One that got cuts on his legs from scrapping them on a rock wall. And my little old man that stepped into a fire ant colony and got a few painful little bites. This product successfully addressed every last one of these issues and delivered on its claims. It was super effective and exceeded my expectations. The bottle design is great and super easy to use. It is easy to spread evenly on the skin and comes with a spatula for more hygienic applications. It does have a slight scent and my guys did require a chew treat to keep them busy as it dried. I do this with any topical I put on them to keep them from ingesting. I am beyond pleased with the results and will definitely be buying more. No ill effects observed and it did not seem to burn or cause discomfort during applications. It seems very reasonably priced for its effectiveness, ingredients and overall use.
This healing cream is absolutely outstanding! Our two pug puppies are struggling with bad allergies, add to that I recently used an essential oil mix in a humidifier that immediately made all three of our pups break out in hives, all over their bodies!! Multiple baths and airing out of the house and many loads of laundry later, our pups still had inflamed skin and were completely miserable. I started applying this healing cream twice a day, morning and night, right before they went into their crates for nap time (when they couldn't lick each other), and within 5 days of continuous use they're completely healed now! Gone are the oozing sores from scratching, replaced with healthy pink skin and fur growing back. This cream is a miracle in a bottle, and saved our pups from misery!
